Insurance Coverage Dispute Services

Has your insurance carrier denied coverage to you or your company?  Have you received a "reservation of rights letter" or a notice that your coverage will not be honored?

Many times "insurance coverage issues" will arise in the context of an insurance-consumer relationship.  If the carrier files a lawsuit against you for "declaratory relief," you should retain an attorney to represent your interests.

If your insurer has denied coverage, but not filed a "declaratory action," you may have a legal right to file your own lawsuit against the insurance company to test the sufficiency of their position.

Coverage disputes can be complex, but very important.

We will be glad to respond to your questions.
